Ultraleap products are covered by one or more patents or patent applications in the U.S. or elsewhere. This page is intended to comply with the virtual patent marking provisions of 35 U.S.C. § 287(a).
Ultraleap Limited ("We") are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. The Order constitutes an offer by the Customer to purchase Goods, Software and/or Services in accordance with these Conditions and the Statement of Work (if any). The Order shall only be deemed to be accepted when Ultraleap, Inc. (Ultraleap) issues written acceptance of the Order, on which date the Contract shall come into existence (the Commencement Date).

The following statements relate to Third Party Materials that may be included with your purchase of an Ultraleap Platform. The Third Party Materials do not form part of the Software.

Ultraleap, as a data controller, complies with the GDPR. This requires that the personal information we hold about you must be:

- Collected only for valid purposes that we have clearly explained to you and not used in any way that is incompatible with those purposes.
- Relevant to the purposes we have to you about and limited only to those purposes.
- Accurate and kept up to date.
- Kept only as long as necessary for the purposes we have told you about.
- Kept securely.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, Ultraleap grants to you a limited nonexclusive license to install and use one copy of the Software on a single computer for use only with a Leap Motion Controller or an Ultraleap-authorized embedded optical module (each, a “Ultraleap Device“).
This is a legal agreement (“Licence”) between you (“You”) and Ultraleap Limited for:
- Pre-installed software on the Ultrahaptics Platform, including firmware and FPGA code,
- the downloadable Software Development Kit (SDK),
- the demo suite,
- the Sensation EditorTM, and
- any other software provided by Ultraleap.
